- SUGAR COOKIE MIX-
Makes 8 Large Cookies
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease baking sheet.
  2. Mix until well blended:
    • Cookie Mix
    • 1 Large Egg
    • 4 Tablespoons room temperature
      butter or margarine
  3. Shape dough into ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Place dough onto lightly floured surface and turn to coat both sides. Roll dough 1/8 to 3/16 inch thick. Cut out dough with included cookie cutter.
  5. Place sugar cookie cut-outs 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 9 - 13 minutes depending on thickness of cookies.
  7. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute. Move sugar cookies to rack and cool completely.
  8. Apply sprinkles using these methods. Brush cookies with honey or corn syrup and apply sprinkles. Use your favorite frosting and gently press sprinkles into frosting
